MAYAN EVOLUTION is related to the process of awakening after the beginning of a new Mayan Aeon and transcendence of the veil of Maya, the illusion. With spiritual practice and deep breathing the body frequency becomes higher and higher until physically transcend the third dimension. It is a triple journey between Mind Body & Spirit. The Evolution is for you to shine your light, share your truth, express yourself, participate in reality in your highest way, choose to grow even if it causes you discomfort, ask questions, and question the answers, make decisions and then let them go, trust the choices you made, take responsibility for yourself and all of your actions, understand you are not alone and anything is possible, that the kingdom of earth is external to yourself and the kingdom of heaven is internal, the space where everything is connected.
